Veridex, LLC (affiliate of Johnson & Johnson Inc.), Warren, NJ: Invitro Diagnostics Laboratory, project consisted of a fitout of approximately 47,000 SF, including 12,000 SF of research laboratory and 34,500 SF of administrative and support space.
Ortho-McNeil (affiliate of Johnson & Johnson Inc.), Spring House, PA: Civil Design and Preliminary Land Development Approvals for 860,000 SF Master Plan for research laboratories, small scale manufacturing and ancillary space, on 175 acre campus.
Ortho Commercial Products (affiliate of Johnson & Johnson Inc.), North Brunswick, NJ: Redevelopment studies, including Wetlands Delineation, test fit budgets for prospective relocations on 200 acre site.
Bristol-Myers Squibb, Lawrenceville, NJ: Diagnostics Laboratory Renovation, over 3,000 SF, with 13 laboratories utilizing radioactive isotope exhaust hoods.
Lower Bucks Hospital, Bristol, PA; Ambulatory Surgery Center and Medical Office Building: 32,000 SF surgery center and medical office building
Muncy Valley Hospital, Muncy Township, PA: 57,000 SF, 139 Bed long-term care expansion and renovation at existing hospital.
Orthopedics/Sports Medicine Therapy Offices, Monroe, NJ: 5,500 SF sports and physical rehabilitation facility, with hydrotherapy
Princeton Radiology Associates, Monroe Township, NJ: 7,800 SF X-ray and mammography diagnostic center.
Princeton Radiation/Oncology Center, Monroe Township, NJ: 4,500 SF Oncology Treatment Center, including linear accelerator.
Susquehanna Health System, Providence Village, Williamsport, PA: Project Pre-Development and Design Development for full service Personal Care Campus Facility, 184,000 SF on 20 Acre campus.
Villa Farnese, Philadelphia, PA: Pre-construction for 105,000 SF eight story, Independent and Personal Care facility, with 130 units.
West Jersey Health System, Sicklerville, NJ: 19,000 SF Primary Care Facility.

Centocor Inc. (affiliate of Johnson and Johnson, Inc.), Horsham, PA: Civil Design and Preliminary Land Development Approvals for 300,000 SF office buildings on 32.8 acre campus.
Johnson and Johnson Inc., New Brunswick, NJ: Retrofit of office and support space for five floors in two buildings at the corporate headquarters location, approximately 55,000 SF.
